Description of change
As a result, there is LOTS OF RED in this PR, we are shedding about 1,000 lines of code.
Documentation
Added verbose release notes as to the upgrade considerations.
Tests
Since we were removing a lot of functionality from coderedcms, no new tests were added.
wagtailseonow has very robust test coverage of all SEO related functionality.
